1. As a student, I am having problems connecting to Wi-Fi.
Identity is their email address and password is their login password for school. Anonymous ID needs to be blank.

2. Can a MOBIUS or Prospector book be recalled?
Items can only be recalled by the owning library, and may be recalled from any patron type. Minimum Use: 20 days. Prospector items can be recalled at any time.
3. How long is the checkout on a Prospector book? How many renewals?
21 days.
Books may be renewed once.
4. I have a guest. How do I access the Guest network?
There is no password for the guest network and no security. You just select the network, choose whether to allow it to access your files, input your name and email, accept the terms and submit.

6. What are the hours for Reeves Library?
When School is in session
Sunday 2:00PM-10:00PM
Monday -Thursday 7:30AM-10:00PM
Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM

Exceptions:
During holidays, the library will open at 2:00 the day before classes are in session. If campus is closed due to the weather, the library will try to open at 2:00 if staff can safely come to campus. Always remember resources are available 24/7 on the website. You can text a question to the Chat if you need help and someone will respond as soon as possible. 573-260-5180

7. What is the difference between the Reeves Library catalog, Arthur, MOBIUS, Prospector and Interlibrary Loan?
Reeves Library is all of the items that you can borrow or use from the library including databases, videos, books, headphones, whiteboards, markers, etc.
The Arthur catalog which has the Reeves Library catalog in it also contains the catalogs for 6 other libraries that are close to Fulton including William Woods which is across town.
The MOBIUS catalog includes the Arthur catalog as well as almost all Missouri academic libraries, a few Missouri public libraries and academic and public libraries from states close to us such as Texas and Iowa.
The Prospector catalog is another group of academic and public libraries like MOBIUS but primarily in Western states such as Colorado, Utah, Idaho, etc.
All of these groups exchange books by a carrier that picks up and delivers from our library Monday through Friday afternoon.
Interlibrary Loan is the ability to request from libraries all over the world, articles that we do not have in our databases and books from United States libraries not in the above groups. The catalog where those are requested is called Worldcat.
